Hey everyone! My name is Whitney Waters, and I'm from Kaysville, Utah (about 20 minutes North of Salt Lake City). I'm going to be a sophomore at Utah State University this fall, but until then I'm moving to the Dominican Republic for the summer with the International Language Program. I will be teaching little kids English the best I can, and also fulfilling my destiny of being a beach bum and finding my way around a completely new environment. Never have I been more excited to say goodbye to snow and hello to sun! I'll post my experiences here and can't wait for the most exciting summer of my life!
